Four ANR projects involving SysTox have been funded by the ANR (Agence Nationale de la Recherche). These projects will, in particular, enable a dialogue between disciplines and the establishment of scientific collaborations between different teams.
IntMetPFAS – Integrative strategy to identify metabolic diseases associated with PFAS exposure (this project is coordinated by the SysTox team and lead by Pr. Karine Audouze)
GENEX – Genome-exposome interaction in metabolic diseases
SHAPE – AHR regulation: how agonists, antagonists, and selective modulators influence its function
NeoFung – Evaluation of the toxic effects, specifically mitochondrial toxicity, of neonicotinoid/fungicide mixtures using innovative translational approaches
